Kitchens designed around how you cook, built in our Nachinola workshop and installed by our own team.

How we work on modular kitchens

A kitchen gets used more than any other room in the house, so we start with how you cook, not with a catalogue. We visit, measure every wall, note where the plumbing and electrical points are, and ask the questions that decide the layout: how many people cook at once, what you store, and where the heavy appliances go.

Then we design the kitchen to those exact measurements and build every carcass and shutter in our own workshop. Because we make it ourselves, the units fit the room properly, with no filler strips hiding gaps, and we can adjust a size before it is cut rather than after.

In Goa, humidity is the main enemy of kitchen woodwork. We use boiling-water-resistant plywood or HDHMR boards for the carcass, seal every edge, and pick hardware that won’t rust in coastal air.

What’s included

  • Site visit and measurement
  • Layout and 3D design

  • Laminate, acrylic, PU or veneer shutters
  • Soft-close hinges and drawer channels
  • Tall units, pull-outs and corner solutions
  • Loft storage
  • Coordination with plumber and electrician
  • Installation and finishing

Kitchen layouts we build

We’ll recommend a layout once we’ve measured the room, but these are the most common in Goan homes and villas.

L-shaped kitchen

Uses two adjoining walls. Works in most flats and keeps the sink, hob and fridge close together.

U-shaped kitchen

Three walls of storage and counter. Good for larger kitchens and families who cook a lot.

Parallel kitchen

Two facing counters. Efficient for narrow kitchens, often with a wet and a dry side.

Island and open kitchens

A central island or breakfast counter that opens the kitchen to the dining area. Popular in villas.

Modular kitchens: common questions

How long does a modular kitchen take?

It depends on the size and the shutter finish. We give you a timeline in writing with the quote, after the design is final.

What is the difference between BWP plywood and HDHMR?

BWP (boiling water proof) plywood handles moisture best and is our usual choice around the sink. HDHMR is a dense, moisture-resistant board that works well for most other units and costs less.

Can you work with my existing plumbing points?

Yes. We plan the layout around your current points where possible and tell you in advance if anything needs to move.

Do you supply the hob, chimney and sink?

We plan the cut-outs and space for them. We can suggest options, or fit the appliances you choose.
