We visit, measure and understand how you use the space, then share a layout, 3D views and an itemised quote.
Making in our workshop
Once you approve the design and materials, our carpenters build every unit in our Nachinola workshop.
Installation and handover
We install on site, finish every edge, clean up and walk you through the work before handing over.

Common questions
Do you charge for the site visit and design?
The first site visit and measurement are free within Goa. We share a layout and quote before you commit to anything.
How long does a modular kitchen take?
Most kitchens take three to five weeks from design approval to installation, depending on size and shutter finish. We confirm the timeline in writing with the quote.
Which areas of Goa do you work in?
We work across North and South Goa from our workshop in Nachinola, and take on villa and commercial projects outside Goa on request.
Will the woodwork hold up to Goa’s humidity?
We use BWP plywood or HDHMR boards, seal all edges, and treat wood against termites as standard. Finishes are chosen for coastal humidity.
Can you work from my architect’s drawings?
Yes. We regularly build from architects’ and designers’ drawings and prepare shop drawings for approval before production.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. Warranty terms depend on the materials and hardware you choose and are written into your quote.
